Default car won't start

Honda-Tech i need your help. I have a 00 si and did a gsr swap. But sitting still the car will not start by turning the key. But if I do a push start and force it the car will start and run. Run strong and but will not hold idle. I have a friend with an Si also with a swap. He came by and i used his starter, dizzy, ecu, fuel pump, and main relay. Still getting the same problem. The car turns but is dumping too much fuel fouling out my plugs and top of pistons are wet. Clean out plugs and check for spark. Getting good spark. I am now stump.

it just turns over no crank. i've checked the fuses under the hood and the one under the driver side dash board. even if they were not blown out. i still changed them with new ones.

I agree to check the grounds. If the car has a ground to the thermostat housing, check that too.

You test light it? Check to see if your ignition is sending power, relay to ignition.
also where you open your hood and them big plug next to the clutch cylinder nearest to the driver fender. if u would check the big black wire both side of the clips. check if they send power if not theres a short maybe somewhere under your dash, relay to ignition not getting power. make sure everything send signal when you test it.

I've checked timing when i was doing my valve adjumstment. I checked all my ground points and even clean up the area with a wire brush. Then sprayed some battery protective on it. I have a test light and a voltage meter. On the wire harness which goes to the dizzy and the big plug. Which one is suppose to have 12 volts continuously? Do you have a pinout?
