i was wondering... the other day i was looking for a header for my 04coupe Dx and i only found a header but it said Ex Only... i didnt order cause my em2 is a Dx... i was wondering will the Ex only parts fit all models like the Lx and Dx???

 

This has been answered before. If you want to run an EX header, you'll need the EX dowpipe/catalytic converter, or a test pipe (and an O2 simulator or some spark plug fowlers).

 

ok then i have a 3 piece dc exhaust...... for the LX and if i were to buy ex headers i would have to get a ex downpipe now will that downpipe bolt onto the piping in the exhaust say the second piece....

What are you trying to do exactly? Bolt an LX model DC cat-back exhaust to an EX downpipe?

 

no im saying... you said in order to use ex headers you need a ex downpipe.... so does that mean you also need an ex exhaust or does the downpipe meet with lx exhaust w/o modi.... or does it bolt up

Yes you would need an ex exhaust/catback.
