Top Speed

Anybody know what the top speed is on a 6th gen (1998-2000) Accord 4 cylinder VTEC model? When does the gov. kick in?

I have never hit the governor in my 98 - 4cyl. I have the F23 VTEC engine - I have gotten up to 128 and it could have kept going if it wasn't for traffic. So I have no idea when the governor kicks in.
