Default going to buy a 250,000 mile accord

i know the owner, he says he does all the oil changes every 3-4k miles. did every service interval at the dealership and pretty much taken care of it whenever he needed to. the only thing that went wrong was the radiator, but those always take a dump after a certain amount of miles. Most of the miles are from highway, so the engine should not have any serious engines such as leaking or burning.

What are things that i should check for?

btw hes asking 1500, but he'll probably let me slide a few hundred bucks.

Id get it for that price you really can't go wrong. The F22 will run forever if you take care of it.

thats a deal .. I would buy it .. Check out under the car to see for any leaks. Check the exhaust for oil burning . Take it on the test drive for 30 minutes. If your satisfied then get it . F22 motors are cheap and run forever.

for the deal

Just make sure you get a compression test. See what condition the engine is in. I think one of the reasons Accords can pack on sooo many miles on them is because of the long gear ratio. Going 60 on the interstate, the engine is only spinning about 2-2.5k RPM. In my cousin's prelude, going 60MPH, the engine is spinning 4k RPM. That would seem like twice the wear on the engine for the same miles. I dont know, just thinking out loud.
