Beautiful Car Man!
I have the same exact one! Did the clearcoat on your rims start to crack and peel off? I have talked to a few other owners of 94 GSRs and they have experienced this "issue" with their wheels.

nope, no problems w/ the wheel clearcoat. I wouldn't care, anyway, because I'm going to be painting the wheels gunmetal soon, as soon as I get the wheels balanced w/ stick-on weights inside the rim.
