Get B series mounts. Your current wiring harness should work fine, but i would consider running the P72(1.8l VTEC) ecu for the LS motor. Also take into consideration that in order to keep LS/Vtec running in the long run, think about investing in a balanced crank, and new rods/pistons. For some reason, people who tend to just slap VTEC heads on a stock LS bottom end up blowing them up quickly, which is due to the fact that the LS bottom ends werent designed to be Rev-happy like the GSR and ITR blocks.

DC2 mounts, with a 99-00 Si rear mount. Use your stock harness, and wire it to your engine. OBDII --> OBDI conversion harness, chipped p28.

p72s are much harder to find,
