Default GP Sports body kit

Does anyone know where a GP Sports body kit can be purchased? I saw a fake one on ebay for $400 after shipping (tempting as hell)... anyone know anything about that? I'm assuming it's prolly not good news...

Do a little research you'll see that the JDM version is made out of fiberglass, and the knockoff is made out of polyfiber. Either way, it's not good as urethane - so why pay so much? Only difference is fitment (slightly) and badging. With a solid bodyshop, you can't tell the difference except in your pocket book.

If you want one really bad, I have one in my garage for the last 2 years now still in bubble wrap. Knock off version of course $300 was how much I paid for it.

The grill is kinda gay, I would shave it off like the Power NEO S2K. Besides INGS, this was the only kit I liked to match the rounded body of the S2K before you go with those exagerrated & sharp body lines like J's, C-West, etc. But that's just me, peace.

There were rumors about a year or so ago that GP Sports went out of business? Either that or they stopped making aero parts. Something along those lines. But they were rumors.

Urethane is not repairable and will sag in the heat. This will also cause the paint to crack more easily. Fiberglass is cheap and easy to repair. Who hits **** with their car anyways? You do a little research. And this is coming from myself who has run a body kit business for the past 5 years.

Agreed, but if it's so bad - why the big price difference? LOL, sorry if that offended you. I think you missed the point I was making - I was simply saying he would pay more for about the same quality kit.

I still stand corrected that urethane is better quality and by no mean am I insinuating that fiberglass is not easier to work with, paint will not look better on it, or not easier to repair.

CHILL.
