Can the Tokico Blue's handle stock springs?

Can the Tokico Blue's handle stock springs?

I have a 01 Civic Ex Coupe and I bought a set of Tokico Blues on a good deal. I've heard them all the time with lowering springs and was wondering if the Tokico Blues are good with stock springs? And why?

yea theyre perfectly fine matted with the stock shocks. Tokico blues are actually more like OEM replacement shocks that can handle a slight drop
