Rear bumper, just want some quotes from you guys. Its a brand new bumper, need it colored match to the white on my car, I think my car has been repainted before but I think it might of been repainted the stock color.




Look like frost white ?

 

If you take it to a body shop to get painted, don't put in on the car, just take it in. They'll charge you labor to prep it and they will charge you paint/materials cost (with a mark up of course). Cost you maybe $200 - $300.

 

At my work it would be $165-195

 

I would of charge around $150-to$175

 

we get 200 for painting a new bumper here sir.

 

Around 180-200$ at my shop, 250$ including a new bumper.

 

100 bucks here with the paint sprayed in a booth

 

had mine sprayed for $100
if its any more than that just rattle can it

 

wed get roughly 3.5 hrs paint time for that.

so 3.5 *$40/hr + 3.5 hrs*$24 for materials would be like $224

$40 an hour at your shop wow. $60 at ours. Are you at a little shop or DRP?

At our shop we're $43/hour body labor, $43/hour paint labor, $24/hour paint materials. Our DRP's and State Farm Select Service are $42/hour and $21/hour paint materials. I wish we were $60/hour lol. Our service here is $80/hour, that would be nice.

 

we r drp for allstate, statefarm, and progressive. we do a good amount of volume at our shop. id prolly say like $3 million a year
