hey guys iv been a d-series fan for about a year but my motor took a sh** on me and i wanna go b-series now but im not to knowledgable on them, i have a 97 civic cx which had a d16y7 in it and i wanna go b16 non v-tech

my quiestions-

what year integra do i need to get it out of to keep the obd2 setup


What else do i need besides
-complete motor
-tranny
-mounts
-ecu
-wiring harness
-axles

i dont think the b16 came non vtec. you sure your not thinking of the b18? besides that your also gonna need a half shaft and shift linkage.

 

your right i am thinking of a b18 my bad

 

and make sure you get a hydro tranny ls swap.

 

ok so if i get that it shoudl all just bolt up good and everythign adn what wiring harness do i use the one form my d-series or the one form the ls motor

 

your stock harness and engine harness should work, just make sure you have an OBD2 LS distributor and OBD2 fuel injectors
