No, unfortunatly you can not. Each specific model's faceplate uses a unique "language" between the faceplate and the radio. Although the faceplates will physically interchange, and their electrical connection terminals will match up, the other faceplate still would not work. As you can imagine this is for security purposes. This way a theif cannot use just any model faceplate if he steals a radio chassis.

hahah I actually tried this w/ Alpine head units.. the screens text and graphics came out all garbled up and didn't make sense.. even though they were both Alpine head units and made the same year... their model numbers were different. mine was a higher model than my friends.. and although it worked to turn on (power) the deck.. everything else was different.. and the screen looked something like say "|\-=\[]" instead of saying "disc" or whatever for the stereo...so even if it physically fits.. I dont think it will work because the little pins on the back of the face plate are in a different order/different protocol w/ the pins on the deck..
