What's up guys. Been browsing HT for years now, forgot my account, and now started a new one. I'm contemplating on selling the R but it's modded and it's kinda hard to sell it modded, should I part it out?

Buy stock parts, get it back to stock, sell your aftermarket parts.

 

depends on what mods.

 

ya if the mods are just bolt ons ie intake, header, exhaust, and cosmetics (along the lines of jdm front done properly, tint, visors, etc)

but if you start messing with the engines internals I would probably stray away from the sale.

^^part it out and replace with stock parts for an easier sale

i agree but if you sell it to some one that knows the forums they will find out your mod's i mean if you had some bad mod's that would make people think

shoul always keep your stock stuff

 

but if you have a stock front bumber in cw. ill buy and pick it up this weekend.
i accidentally blasted off a line of paint off my bumper using pressure washer with hot water in stream nozzle. stupid me.......

... Well what does it have done man? If it's just bolt ons, it won't be a problem. If it's built, boosted, sprayed, stroked, and poked, then I'd just sell it as is.

Patience my friend. Every modded R I have seen has eventually sold. Even if it took up to a year.
