Default 92 Honda Accord H22A4 swap missing misfire at idle

I have exhausted my efforts trying to figure out the problem on this car so I'm going back to my roots (H-T) for some advise from my fellow H_Ter's.

Car is a 1992 Honda Accord with a H22A4 engine swap. OBD1 with a P28 ECU. The problem I'm having is the engine is not firing on cylinder 4 at idle. Once the engine is revved up it runs fine. I have checked the compression and I'm getting 170 on all 4 cylinders. The plugs are good and It's getting spark. Timing is dead on. Checked the continuity from injector 4 to ECU pin A2 and continuity is present. Injector also has 12v and is def clicking. I switched inj 3 and 4 to rule out the possibility of a bad injector and the problem still persists. Seems like the its not getting fuel at idle or running extreemely lean. Any help or advise is appreciated.

Also I just replaced the pump with a walboro and it has a brand new filter. I also took the injectors to a local shop here yest. and had them all cheked and flow tested with good results. I'm completely out of ideas. Thanks for your input.

well what i would do is swap injectors with another cylinder, and see if the problem moved to the other cylinder, and do the same with plugs.

but first check to see if you getting spark by using the screw driver in the plug wire technique. (if u have not done so already)

Alright so I installed a SKUNK2 I/M today with a Hondata gasket and the misfire problem is gone. What happened was the guy had the H22 in a 4 door accord and was in an accident on the front end. The I/M was pushed into the fire wall and somehow the I/M nuts came loose and the I/M gasket was leaking.

Anywqay so the problem I have now is the same problem the car came into the shop for. It seems to be fuel related. When the car is first started it runs fine, revs up to 8K whatever. I go to dive it around the block and first gear pulls fine about halfway through the rpm range then the engine starts bogging out and won't go over 6 k rpm's. Its acting like its runsning out of fuel. Its a bad bog not a O2 or EGR kinda bog, its like the power cuts out completely.

There are no codes, I have recently changed the fuel pump to a walboro, changed the filter, had the injectors cleaned and flow tested. and replaced the Fuel Pressure reg. with an extra one. Under partial throttle the bog is still bad but not as severe as full throttle. The engine acts like its stalling and backfires a little. Oil press is good, fuel pressure seems fine at dle (even pinched off the return and took it for a test drive ) But I'm out of ideas. ANyone experienced this kinda problem?
