EGR
Just did it myself a couple weeks ago. I can't believe I put it off for so long! I haven't even finished a full tank yet but already I've put on an extra 100 miles from what I used to get!
Even being **** and cleaning the snot out of everything you should be up and running in under 2 hours. Like touring said, there's some great links in the FAQ. Everything is metal gaskets so you don't have to replace anything unless you want to be safe and replace the O-rings on the injectors. Definitely make sure and check for fuel leaks!
