I have a problem with the car everytime I'm about to hit 4900 rpm the car putters and holds back a little and when i step on the gas the puttering stops. I'm thinking it was the iac sensor on the manifold or maybe the fuel filter so any help would be appreciated. Also i have a canister with no sensor on it and the si harness that i have has one. Does the canister sensor need to be plugged???
