what kind of rings are good for my b18
what kind of rings should i use if i want to run more boost on my integra i just blew my stock rings so what should i do to prevent that this time? if anyone can help me let me know. thanks.

Use stock rings if you're using stock pistons, If you're using JE, Arias, or something similar, use their rings. Above all, do not use total seal rings, they never seat and burn oil like crazy.
