Default Difference of H22a1 vs H22a4

Was looking around found a few topics about H23a4 vs H23a1 I would take it the idea is the same. H22a1 is none vtec? Just looking for a link on what I would need to change/buy if I get rid of my SH H22a4 (other then the trans and axles ect. ) what external part are useable?

H22a1 = VTEC. OBDI to be more specific.

H22A1= closed deck ('93-95 OBDI, '96 OBDII)
H22A4= open deck ('97+ OBDII)
Both VTEC btw.....
