I haven't noticed any excessive corrosion in my steel braided lines. Over the winter, my car sat with E100 in the lines and got a little bit of a chalky look to it, but no corrosion per say.
One thing I did notice, after the intial startup with brand new lines, it did seem to break down a bit of the rubber liner, but stopped after the first few run cycles. Pull the filter, injectors, etc....and got just a tiny bit of fine black debris and since then has been fine....just FYI

I still want to drive my car, every once in a while but dont want to run 16$ a gallon c16.
the steel braided stuff should be good for just about anything. its the same stuff that gets used on full blown alcohol cars so it should work just fine for a partial mix of alcohol (e85)

I always purge the lines prior to hooking it up to the rail, i.e. prime the fuel pump and run the hose into a bucket to clean all that crap out from assembly.

there are some hoses that are specificly rated for alcohol use. this "designation" isby a brown diamond shape patter on the stainless hose.
