need help on changing 96 ek light bulbs.
I bought some Piaa light bulbs, but its difficult for me to take out the old ones in the headlights, please guide me through this. thanks
Remove the boot, press and twist.
it's pretty self-explanatory once you take a look at it.
PiAA's suck IMO, you'd have been a lot better off with a phillips Xtreme or a GE nighthawk.

Unplug the harness from the lightbulb first. Then take off the rubber boot. You just have to yank it out fo there. Work it fromthe sides. Then you'll come across the bulb itselft which is held down by a wire clip. Press down on it and then up, it will come off releasing the bulb. Reinstall by installing the bulb, replacing the wire clip, then the boot, finally the harness. Good luck.
there is like no space for the work, would it be easier if i take off the headlights first? if so how would I do so? thanks again team.
1. Unplug the headlight harness
2. Pull the rubber boot off.
3. Find the retainer clip. Press down and up, and it will unhook.
4. Remove bulb.
If you cannot do it after those instructions, go pay the dealership $80.75 for the one hour of labor they're going to charge you. I don't mean to **** on anyone, but my mom can change her own headlights .... and she can barely pump her own gas.

Already said that.
For the passengers side its pretty easy. For the drivers side its a little more cramped. I pulled out and moved the brake or power steering reservoir right behing the headlight. Cant remember which one, just pull it out straight up and move it to the side. Try that and see what happens.

x2, this isn't rocket science. It's changing a light bulb. Say it out loud, "he's asking advice for changing a headlight bulb"
Use some elbow grease, don't be afraid to break anything because it's unlikely that you will. Slide the boot off and disconnect the plug and remove the bulb
