do you have to take the fenders off to install headlights on a 2000 front conversion? any how-to's posted, searched and didnt find much, thanks

 

No, you will have to take the grill and bumper off though.

 

4 bolts. 2 on top, 1 behind the grill, 1 on the other side of the headlightjust below the fender, just crack open the wheel well splash guard just under the fender

 

You should be replacing the fenders for a 99-00 front end conversion anyways.

no, conversion had already been done when i purchased. just need to know if i needed to take the fender off. splash gaurd removal sounds easy had to do it when i did my CAI filter. bought carbon fiber hood and blue diamond ion headlights. post pics when done. thanks!!!

 

No you just need to remove the grill and bumper for the headlights.
