CTR lip vs. SI lip what is the difference???????
Well i have a 00 si for sale on HT and someone got on my tread and said there is no differnce between a ctr lip and a si lip. please post the differences there are between the two so he will stop flaming my post!!!!
there both basically the same, there was a thread way back, one guy said the CTR lip flares out a tad big more than the Si lip. i looked at both and seems like the CTR lip does flare out a bit more. Not as much as the CTR style lip though haha...

Sorry to break it to you buddy but you have a FAKE CTR lip, there is no difference between the 99-00 Si lip and 99-00 CTR. They're exactly the same.

That's because 96-98 CTR lip IS DIFFERENT than 99-00 CTR lip.
I'll try and find some pics for reference.

99-00 si and OEM CTR lip are the same part.
99-00 CTR "style" lip, looks a little more aggressive as the flares are a little longer and jut out more.

The only different in the front end of a '99-'00 CX, DX, EX, GX, HX or GX compared to a '99-'00 Si is the upper grill and the lip.
The Si front end is no unique, only the grill and lip are. And the lip is optional for other trims too.

Not true. NOFX was named after a Boston hardcore band called Negative FX. Mike and Eric were trying to think up a name and though No FX was a cool name. NOFX doesn't mean No ******* Straightedge.
And XXX Rootbeer is vintage style diner we're having a meet at. "XXX" in their name probably has more to do with what you see on old moonshine bottles than straightedge.

There seemed to be a lot of gimmicky bands around at the time. We like to think that our name meant we were against that ****. It wasn't about mocking it, since, well, they liked straight edge.
