Default USDM grill

I searched and could not come up with anything that relates to what I'm trying to do. I have the OEM fog lights for my USDM front and want to take them off. The problem is the grill was cut from the dealer or manufacturer to place the fog lights in.

Is it possible to replace just the grill if I were to take the whole grill off? I have seen a PY itr on here who took his whole grill off but I don't think he replaced it. Some people say the grill is attatched to the bumper but I don't know for sure. I was just going to take it to the dealer and have them see if it is posible to replace just the grill. Has anyone ever replaced their USDM front grill before without replacing the whole bumper? Any help is appreciated. I really want the fog lights off without having the two cut marks in the grill.

No you cannot replace just the grille. It's part of the bumper. you'd either have to cut the grille out completely or buy a whole new bumper. I'd get a new bumper if you can...keep it OEM
