headlight help!

Default headlight help!

does anyone know where i can get clear stock looking headlights, for a descent price???? option jdm has a pair but they are over 400 bucks and i'm not a fan of DIY headlights because i have seen them fog up too many times! the help woul be appreciated, thanks guys.

I would keep an eye on eBay. Every once in a while they can pop up there, from someone else's project. Other than that, you're out of luck.

if you do them right, they won't fog, mine don't.

hmm, so if i seal em up properly they wont fog up with time? cz im sick and tired of those ugly amber corners, they are the ugliest thing ever!

Just make sure to use some higher grade, high-heat silicone. And, don't be afraid to put some extra around the seal, once it's dried, for a second layer of protection.

i just did mine this weekend thanks to fventura03's DIY write up. i kind of swayed from the directions and bought marine grade silicone. worked great and it's really not as hard as one would think. go for it

what i usually do is after everything is sealed up, i stick them in the oven for another 3mins to let the sealant melt a bit so that it'll seal better.
