Default head work

right now i have a d16y7 that is going to be boosted it was egle h beams and srp 9:1 cr ...........now for the head i want/think i should to do a mini me to open up the market for cam,springs ect.............most people do the y8 head right? what all well i need to do this i mean i know i need a y8 head the hg, but what head blots do i buy? and whats not .....................this head will be buit befor going on and im open for help upon what cam ,springs valves and retainers to buy are to my goals are for around 300 after boost of about 10-15 psi

many people running sohc-t's are running the full zex valve train and taking it up past 300whp easy.

check out the zex 59300 cam shaft, a lot of people like to couple with the zex springs and retainers, since they were all designed to work together.

i'm not going to do a write up for you on how to do a mini-me. this has been covered MANY times before (surprise surprise, you're not the first person here who's asked about it) go back to the 92-00 forum and check the FAQ - there are already some WRITE UPs on HOW to do it and what parts you need.

if you're gonna pull the head, stick with ARP headstuds to replace them

oh one more then i will be turboing this and i know most people on hmt.com swap obo2 for obo1 so what ecu should i get if im going to runn turbo sooon with vtec or will it matter
