Corner light question

Default Corner light question
Do someone know if the corner lights from CRX 1990-1991 fit the CRX from 1988-1989?

Even though they are the same size they dont work,cause 90-91 have hidden scews and a little clip with screws inside the fender where the light gets held on...So im not sure but it would seem you need 90-91 fender or atleast the little clip with the screws
