C51 & C52 Chipping job help. What is the exact capacitors?

C51 & C52 Chipping job help. What is the exact capacitors?
For C51 and C52 while chipping for chrome I know I could use .1uF circular ceramic disks (Labeled 104 on them) Digikey part number (399-2081-ND).
But I've been throwing an engine check light half the time I install them in some ecus I've chipped, so I want to start using .01 uf capacitors, but what is the exact spec for those capacitors, and what is the digikey part number? I just want to know the exact specs so I can buy the right one at my local parts store.
