Default Noticed a few more things about the 07 SI

Looking for some opinions on this and maybe if anyone else is experiencing these problems.

When I hold my RPMs at 2400-2600, the car shakes, BADLY. I have no idea why, and I know in daily driving I don't hold my RPMs with the clutch in, but it worries me maybe something is happening when I am cruising at 2500 on the highway or such.

Also, when I am driving slow, or in traffic I tend to notice squeaking when I have my clutch at the engage point, and barely put enough gas to get it moving to 2 mph.

It sounds like old busted car to me and both these problems annoy me. I want my brand new car to be running scott-free of noises, squeaks, and annoyances. The sunroof squeak is enough.

the vibration at 2500 thing is perfectly normal and does not mean your car is falling apart lol. all of us have it. my guess is that it has something to do with v-tech and the like but im not extremely k20 savy yet...the other stuff is foreign to me and worth getting checked out. take it to the stealership and see if they will look at it...if they are like mine though they probably will give you trouble...yeah...warranty...wait till the clutch thing gets worse i suppose?

Man, going from a 98 Accord with a squeaky muffler and a clicking noise straight out of hell from bad CV joints, I'd say this car sounds damn good to me. Maybe these noises people claim aren't bothering me yet since i'm still blinded by the fact I have a new car. I'm worried once I get comfortable I'll start hearing these things.

I have heard of far too many dealer horror stories to take my car near that place. The only time it will ever go there is if my transmission or engine goes all of a sudden.

That or they let me sit beside the mechanics that work on my car so I can closely inspect every move they make.

My 06 Si's clutch has never squeaked.. the sunroof is as quiet as possible and the low RPM shake is never as bad as it sounds yours is. Take it to the dealer cuz your car is kife.

No noises here... Except for the clutch making a little clicking noise once in a while after I've been driving for a while... Which doesn't concern me.

I came out of driving a fully hooked up car, that had plenty of noises. (How I miss hearing about 6 different noises when giving it throttle and shifting oh well) So maybe I'm just not noticing any other noises if they're there.
