wtf my car is gay!
One day I turned my car up, it cranked up, started, then the idle just died.
and when I try to restart it, all it does it crank and crank and crank and never starts.
then i would be sitting in the car for 10 minutes jus trying to start it.
i would finally give up, go inside the house. and i went back out in like 2 hours, i cranked up the car. and now the car is just fine. i can feel the idle is a lil wierd, but it starts up and its fine.
that would happen usually once or twice a week. any ideas?

Check the main relay. (above hood release latch in an EG, brown or grey cover)
When they get old and start to fail you can have intermittent temp. related no- start kind of similar to what you are talking about. With my old EG, I could warm it up and run down to the gas station, run in, then--boom--no-start. Let the car sit for 5 mins or bang the relay a bit and she would start up no problem.
If this turns out to be the culprit just go buy the updated version. Almost every one I've ever pulled at a junk yard was just that--junk.
