Default Steering Shakes but kinda odd

My 90 lx sedan steering wheels shakes crazy everytime you drive the car whether it's speeding up, down, coasting in neutral or foot off the gas. It rocks back and forth and you can also feel the car itself shake a little too. It also increases back and forth in motion when you speed up and it's coming only from the drivers front side wheel. I thought it was a bent rim or something so I put a good set of rims that I knew where balance and not bent but it still does it. Checked wheel play when the car is jacked up but wheel is strong and stationary. Only thing I can see is that the outer cv boot on that side is busted open but I can't see that it would do this.

How would you check about the loose steering rack?

ur steering is overly loose..like making turns etc....shakes... massive torque steer...extreme bump steer like when u go over a bump ur car turns into the bump by itself.... .also ur probly have loose tie rod ends and worn rack end bushings

Well, if I can't figure it out, could I take it to a local wheel and tire shop and see if they could figure the problem out?
