Default Need help with wiring...

Alright guys.... we finally got the motor in and mounted and the trans is hooked up too... all we need to do is bleed the clutch...

Hardest part however... is going to be the wiring.... My uncle (the mechanic) got the motor in and all, but now we got a bunch of wires in all over the damn place.... I'm getting an H22A1 harness for it, but I have no clue as to what is what so I took some pics...

Yeah, and whats this gray box? There's already one mounted in the car and I believe its part of the stock harness... this one appears to have come with the motor, but is on the wrong side (part of the JDM thing I'm guessing)

SO if anyone has any advice about this wiring job, and what this stuff is let me know.... Also, where is the VTEC solenoid and oil pressure switch located??

thanks,
Bryan

What is this swap into? You'll probably need to add vtec wires (passenger side of the head). Most other wires should be already set up, assuming OBD1 honda.

you dont need that extra injector resistor box, and yes you need to run 3 extra wires for vtec. 1 being a ground and 2 to the ecu. As for most of the other wiring the old harness should work with it cept the vtec Your vtec soli and pressure switch are just behind your dizzy closer to the firewall. I can just see the tip of it in the pic.
