Default koni yellow problem, help please

i just put some ground controls on my koni's, adjusted the coil height, and now the car wont drop passed a higher than stock stance. seems like the strut is stuck, i tried rolling and nothing. i tried raising the car from the control arm to compress the strut and it just lifted the whole car. had 2 sets of lowering springs on before these and havent had the problem. the bottom of the strut is dented in from the a-arm bolt, could that be holding the strut from going down? please help.
