Not sure which forum to post this on... sorry!
I am thinking maybe it's a bad switch I bought... but wanted to ask for someone's expertise before i go buy another one:
I have my jdm fogs wired to the rocker switch. Yes, it may be ghetto..but i didn't want the fog light switch where the cruise control is supposed to be a la JDM fog light switch. Instead, I wanted the switch to be near the ebrake --- and I would get the USDM fog light switch but there are so many prongs on the back i dont know which 3 are the ones I need to hook up to the relay, ground, and acc.
Currently, my fogs are connect to a relay. The illuminated rocker switch I have has 3 prongs: Power, Ground, Acc.
The Power i have a wire that goes to the relay.
The Ground is grounded (duh).
The Acc is connected to my parking lights (so the fogs will only turn on/off if the parking lights are on).
Is this setup right? Supposedly if the fogs are on, the rocker switch should light up as well right? Mine's not lighting up!
