civic avid mounts..any good..

i was just wondering if any of u people have tried these mounts before and are they any good compare to hasports..they're only for $295..

ive heard that they are similar.. and weigh less than the hasport mounts. Plus they also have a lifetime warranty on them

I have them on a B in EG, no problems, even in -30 winters with a on/off ish clutch.
