Default Need advice on a bad oil leak on H23a1

I have bad oil leak on my H23a1,it is not the valve cover, cam or distributor seals, nor the pan gasket. It is coming from just above or somewhere around where the driverside axle goes into the auto tranny.I do not think there is a hole or crack in the block,I am thinking it may be the main seal where the tranny bollts to the motor but not sure.It does not leak at a cold start, but after i drive it,it leaks horribly.Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks

oil cooler O-ring bud
it will be coming from around your Oil filter Base (thats where you'll see it most likely)

its 15$ but a shop will charge you alot to do this
search "Oil cooler O ring" DIY in the red (search) tap at top right of HT web page

Honda should have had a recall for this. every god damn car.

Yup this fixes the majority of people's problems on here that have this... When i had a similar leak though, it didn't seem to stop the leak on mine. So i replaced the Dizzy O-Ring, and all 3 cam seals. The leak still remained. Ended up having to swap out the head gasket and finally the leak stopped... But I would definitely start with the Oil Coolant O-Ring, it's about a 5 minute swap. Plenty of good write-ups can be found, i think the hardest part i found was actually getting the old O-Ring off. And use a little bearing grease or silicone to hold your new O-Ring on while you put it back on the block.

Well its not the oil cooler O ring I think it may be the head gasket the car is smoking up hill and under high loads and leaking like a sive, not sure if its smoking out of the tailpipe or the massive amount of oil its spewing directly on to the exhaust .I am seriously thinking of pulling the motor or at least the head,i just dont understand the car only has 65000 miles

The car is an automatic right now, at idle it is almost at one hundred rpm almost at zero,so I was wondering if I was losing oil pressure because of the head gasket leaking or if it was the rear main seal.Is there a way to do an oil pressure check,I understand it has to be a lower oil pressure because of the major leak, but wouldnt the head gasket be the biggest culprit for pressure loss? Not sure to pull the tranny or the head
