Here's the problem...

-I start my car thats been off for a few hours
-I drive for about a block
-My car stalls and won't start for at least 2 minutes
-Once I get it to start the car runs perfectly fine

No CEL or any other warnings when the car is running.

In the morning I warmed up the engine before I drove it and I didn't have this problem. I encountered this problem in the afternoon and in the late evening. These were all daily driving situations.

I did quite a search through the Integra section and ITR section. It took me a while to figure out to use the "search through archive button". There are so many situations that weren't quite the same.

I really hope the situation is similar to this one

Coles notes of above: ECU is adjusting to climate/temperatutre/altitude and it's normal. If this scenario is applicable to ITRs then note that my car was in a higher altitude city but now it's in a city thats at or even below sea level. The weather also hasn't been consitant.

I'm a noob but any type of help would be greatly appreciated. I really love my car I hope it's nothing too serious. My uncle is a mechanic and I plan to take it to his shop when I can. Any piece of mind till then would help!

 

Check your main relay and go from there.....

 

Fuel vapor lock?

 

sounds like something in the ignition system....check for fuel pressure and signal when it happens

I checked the main relay I think it's fine. It hasn't happend since. It's embarassing when it does lol. I have a feeling it's the ignition taking it to the shop tomorrow :D
