How and Why did most of you get into riding in general and your style of riding, whether it be stuntin or just cruisin....?

 

my dad had a bike. all my uncles had bikes. when i moved to arizona all my friends had bikes.

im really not sure how i got in to riding though......

 

i read Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance.

dont read it. it will mess with your head. but it still was one of many factors that got me interested in bikes.

 

my dad used to ride a trial bike, and when i was younger he would always bring me on a ride around with his 250cc motorcycle.

Then my friend had a nsr50, and i wanted to try it, so i rode it, and that started it all. i got caught on my first day, without a lisence, asked my dad to bail me out, but he was not mad at all. Got myself a lisence right away, and my dad actually bought me a motorcycle.

 

Dirtbikes, now I ride street bikes more than dirtbikes.
