are both cars the same trans?
Yank the hood off; unhook all the electrical connections at the ends of the motor/trans, open the gas cap, take off the fuel lines, pull the axles, hook up to the cherry picker, get the motor mounts loose and jerk the old motor out. Dump the new motor in and hook everything back up. If you pull the crank pulley off it gives a little more room to get in and out.
Engine tilter hooked up to the cherry picker is a great tool to have, tilt the crank pulley side up and out first.

You'll want to use your 90 distributor.
