still not quit right
JDM B16A Obdo in a 91 hatch im getting a 10 ,14, and 21 error codes in the ECU i changed the plugs, cap and rotor but when i step on the throttle or manuely engage it on the throttle body it hesatates then revs u hear the intake pull air in but it hesitates for just a sec then when it comes back down to where idle would be it sounds like it wants to die and barley catches it self. im stumped anyone have this problem B4?
codes 10 and 14 at the same time usually means that you have the connectors for the IAT and EACV switched - IAT has red/yellow and green/white wires - EACV has blue/yellow and black/yellow wires - if the car was a DX, you could also have the connector for the Tandem Control Valve plugged into one of those sensors
ok i checked the wires they are the red/yellow and green and white so thats hooked up right . now im checking my TPS to c if it is set at the right volts do u kno what it should be at , and would that effect the hesitation of the trottle response? and im getting the 21 code thats the Vtec soleinoid wire? correct? would it be because its not wiried into the ECU correctly. it has 2 wires coming from it a blue one and then a black with a yellow stripe i asumed that is a ground.
