Default ACT Prolite flywheel? check light?

I was told that the 8lb prolite flywheel will trigger a engine check light because the sensor reads it as a miss fire when it spins
True or false?

should i put it on? or stay with OEM?

I dont think there are any sensors that are reading anything on the flywheel so I would say thats boogus...At most you will see a slight increase in idle RPM . These flywheels are very well built and will allow you to rev the engine very quickly, only drawback for me was learning to drive the car with it being that it is alot easier to kill the car at a light when taking off...
