for EK's, you don't need to change the LCA... you just gotta add washers in the rear forks. There are no other LCA's you can put on EK's.

100 miles the most..it was only on for two weeks and during those times the car was in the garage coz i had to swap in and out my motor..

do you know what the spring rates are on those coilovers? I am thinking about taking them off your hands and putting them on my '00 si, but it is my daily driver and dont want to have a stupid-stiff ride.
