cleaning lost motion assemblies?
i have a b16 in my crx and im pretty possitive there bad/wornout or something could i just clean them or do i have to replace them?? any help would be apreciated
replace them. there isnt really anything to clean. somewhere on H-T there is a thread about using h22 LMA's to replace the ones in your b16. you may look over that for a cheaper alternative than the standard stock b16 LMA's

check out that link i included.. it talks about the proper thickness washer for the lma. you need to buy a shitload of 1/4in steel washers, and they need to be .040 in thick i believe. so youll need to go through and measure all of them, and and find ones that conform to those specs and use them.
