Under moderate to heavy braking the steering wheel in my 1993 accord shakes violently along with a klunking noise. It does not do this all the time but when it does it is bad. New front tires, front pads and rotors last year. I think it is something in the column or rack and pinion. someone told me it could be steering rack bushing but the klunking noise seems to be coming from inside the steering column. any help would be greatly appreciated.
