does anyone know if dc5 seats will fit in a eg? if so what do i have to swap around to get it to fit correctly in my eg, i was looking to get some dc5 seats but want to make sure they fit for sure before i puchase

 

Not directly, but in the DIY section here, there is a write-up on how to use your stock seat-rails to make other seats fit.

 

this is off my head... i believe 3/4 bolts line up. you would have to fabricate a braket to hold 4th in.

 

Honda makes all the seat pans the same. You should be able to undo the wire that holds the fabric around the seat. Then swap out the pansa for your eg pan. Then clip it all back together. I did that for my S2000 seats.

Now I got fully recline able S2000 seats.

 

The pans on a dc5 rsx seat are welded on. No pan swapping there.

The only way to get it done safely that I've seen is to get a machine/welding shop to custom fabricate low brackets.

 

i just tried to swap the pans on some EP seats to fit my 95 integra, doesnt work. know from first hand. they are removable but the integra seat pan doesnt fit the EP seat at all!!! they only way is to fabricate a bracket, i know this has been said already but i though i would add to it b/c i tried doing it today! lol
