Alignment numbers
Okay, I took my car to get it aligned after installing new springs because it was pulling to the right. Guy told me he couldn't fix a pull on Hondas and I was like WTF, the guy fixed it before? Anyway, he finishes with it and it still pulls, but not as bad. Is it my ridiculous caster that is causing my car to pull?
and what can I do to fix it?

and what can I do to fix it?
^^ It seems like your caster may be what is causing your pull.
You are running .7 degrees on left and 2.6 on right.
Have you ever run a curb? or the like? you might need new radius rod arms or shimming it

92-up Civics don't have radius rod arms. But caster that far off from each other on each side sounds like there may be damaged suspension pieces.
However both sides are within the specified range, so I don't know.
Your toe-in on each side, both front and rear, are close but not the same, so that might be causing it, as well.

Since both cross caster and cross camber is off, I'd go looking for something else bent. A bent knuckle can cause the camber, but shouldn't effect the caster. Since you replaced the LCA, I'd check the UCA. The UCA can effect both caster and camber.
And yes, a cross caster difference that large will make the car pull. Mine did, when I had 0* / 1.4* caster left / right. Toe set to 0 or toe in, the car still wanted to pull. When I removed the Ingalls sliding UCA bushing (camber kit), and got the caster back to normal, the car drove perfectly straight.

UCA is new, I just installed blox UCAs. Basically the only thing that's the same from when I hit the curb is the knuckle. Could the blox uca be messing with the caster?

All else being equal, a vehicle will pull toward the side with less positive or more negative caster
-->If caster was the cause the vehicle should pull left. IMHO not the cause of pulling to the right.
All else being equal, a vehicle will pull toward the side with more positive or less negative camber.
-->Possibly what is causing the pulling the right. Since you have Blox UCA, adjust your camber on your RF to be equal or more negative than the LF.
Also I would put the LF tire on the RF side and vice versa, just to rule out tire causing the pulling. If the car ceases to pull or pulls to the other direction, tires are the cause.
If you have directional tires, don't attempt this in the rain.
Spindle/knuckle most likely won't be the cause of you caster mismatch since the caster is dictated only by the position of the ball joints.
IMHO your alignment tech sucks ***!! Take it somewhere else and show them the print out and they should be able to pick out quickly what needs to be adjusted, need to tell them you have an adjustable camber kit however.

^^^^^Thanks for the helpful comment!
I took it to the same place before, and the kid hooked it up right, but yeah this guy obviously sucks, he started by trying to tell me the car had torsion bars
Should have went elsewhere after that, but I paid for lifetime alignment.
