da with a b16a b16trans clutch is sticking

when i am up in rpms my clutch sticks to the floor and as soon as the r's go down my pedle comes back up

what could make this do it??? it's a cable trans

Sticky cable? The actual pedal isn't getting stuck on anything is it?

nah it's not the cable and it only does it in rpms like 8 it's like the pedle just droped to the floor and gets stuck but as soon as the rpms drop down to like 6500 the pedle just pops back up

i am lost in what this could be
