I have a P13 ECU that needs a chip and H22A bin, and it will work fine. I have not been able to do it myself because I would not not the first thing to do. The ECU is not working because the original chip that came with the car is in limp mode because of broken pins. If you have the ability to add a new chip and reflash it this will work great for you. If you know someone that came do it for you, it will work for you also.
