Default HID Kits

I've been looking around for HID conversion kits and I need some facts/opinions about each.

I've heard of people (clubRSX.com) using these, but they didn't really mention reliability/issues/etc.

Questions:
1) Ever heard of XenonDepot, XenTec or Purevision?
2) Rank them according to your liking.
3) What are some good and bad things about each?

Thanks in advance!

is http://www.retro-solutions.com a website that sells HID kits strictly for RSX's?...the website is pretty confusing..like you can't choose your car or anything like other websites..prices are real cheap too..seems kinda fishy..this is where you ordered yours though?

doesn't say the car because you need to find out your bulb size
the rsx is H1
then decide kelvin
and your good to go

nope, no bs
they can the retrofit in different ways
you can purchase a new set of headlights
then send them yours when you receive the custom ones
or just send them yours and they send you the same one back

for those mentioning the Xenon depot philips kits, you can get them through retro-solutions.com and get free shipping. You can actually get the same exact kit, from the same place, for less!

I've had mine for 2 months so far and love them. I actually got mine from Hond-Tech for $140 shipped. Now they're going for $160 shipped.

Here is the link: http://www.hondamarketplace.com/zerothread/1847971. Plus they come in overnight!

I bought PureVision HIDs.
Got 'em off eBay for $60 + $25 for shipping (NC to VA--I think it's flat rate shipping though).
I would recommend this guy: blackboxcarputers
Anyways, the lights look sweet.

Reason why I recommend this guy.
I had a ballast issue (defective) so I e-mailed the guy. Now usually with eBay sellers, I wouldn't expect a reply or I would expect one like a week or two later. He e-mailed me that night. He then said that he would not only send me a new ballast, but he would also send me a new wiring harness (in case that was the problem). I figured I would hafta dish out another $25 or so for shipping (which I would have done since I bought the kit so cheap). When I asked the seller how to get him the shipping payment, he said that he would cover it because he felt that I shouldn't have to pay for shipping when he shipped out a defective part.

Anyways, anyone ever looking for a 6000K HID kit (I think that's all PureVision makes), I would recommend this eBayer.

you know what, your right
i checked the site where i got it from and the others weren't available either
weird?
they used to sell it, i guess 6000k is the most popular so they decided to keep producing those instead
darn, now i wish i got the 5300k since it's going to be rare now
