D16Y8 MIMI ME BUILD?

I HAVE A D15 BLOCK IN A CIVIC CX WHAT DO I NEED TO DO THE Y8 HEAD BUILD AND WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO GAIN FROM THIS BUILD?
PLEASE HELP AND PLEASE GO INTO DETAIL THANKS

ehhh, wrong forum. We have d17s and they're nothing like the previous d-series.
