question about Power window problems...
well at first my window got stuck, and i took off the door panel and sprayed silicone lube on the tracks and it fixed the problem. Now like two months later my window goes up or down no problem, but when it's going up it keeps trying to go up then it drops like 1/2 an inch and then goes up again and it makes a loud clicking noise (you can hear the regulator pushing it up eventough it's up all the way). Any ideas what it could be? thanks.
Sounds like a problem with your regulator.
The potentiometer on your power window motor is supposed to have a set voltage/distance to stop putting power to the window. otherwise you could drive your window through the grooves hypothetically.
Check the wiring on your regulator/motor.

any ideas where i could be able to find the wiring diagram? also are the window regulators for 96-00 civic coupes the same? and i've heard that installing one of them suck, is it expensive to take it to a shop?
