The Dealer doesnt make them any more.. WTF...

Anyone have any good suggestions where to find one..??

The price is $68.22.......and you search for a 1995 Civic 2 door Coupe EX.....go to the bumper...and it lays out entire diagram of parts and prices....btw It's #4...
